Our office facilities, used for team meetings, individual work, and company events, are secured with electronic locks accessible only to authorized ServiceUp employees and approved contractors. Additionally, secure rooms within our office have restricted access, and appropriate environmental controls like fire suppression and carbon monoxide detection are in place.

For the critical infrastructure housing customer data, we rely on trusted third-party data center providers. We rigorously assess these providers annually, reviewing their physical security and environmental controls through documentation such as SOC 2 reports or ISO 27001 certifications. This approach ensures that even though we don't directly manage these facilities, the highest standards of physical security are maintained for your data.
